Ustaya, ev tadilatı ve tamirat işleri için müşteri ile ustayı buluşturan bir teklif pazaryeridir. Bu metin, Ustaya’nın iOS ve Android uygulamalarını veustaya.mika.technology adresindeki siteyi kapsar.
Hizmeti Mika Technology işletir (mika.technology). Şirket Türkiye’dedir. Kişisel veriler bakımından veri sorumlusu Mika Technology’dir.
Hangi verileri işleriz
Hesap açmak ve hizmeti sunmak için şu bilgileri işleriz.
- Adın, e-posta adresin ve telefon numaran. Telefonunu tek kullanımlık doğrulama kodu (OTP) ile doğrularız.
- Google ile giriş. Google hesabınla oturum açarsan, Google’ın uygulamayla paylaştığı ad ve e-posta gibi hesap bilgilerini alırız.
- İş açıklaman, il ve ilçe bilgin, talepte yazdığın adres ayrıntıları ve işe ait fotoğraflar.
- Usta doğrulaması için yüklenen kimlik belgesi fotoğrafları. Bu görselleri usta hesabını doğrulamak için kullanırız.
- Anlık bildirim jetonları. Android’de Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), iOS’ta Apple Push Notification service (APNs) kullanılır. Jeton, teklif ve hesap bildirimlerini cihazına iletmek içindir.
- Teklif kredisi için uygulama içi satın alma kayıtları. Ödemeyi Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tahsil eder. Kart numaranın tamamı bize gelmez. Hesabına kredi yazmak için ürün, işlem durumu ve mağazanın verdiği işlem kimliği gibi bilgileri alırız. Teklif kredisi tek seferlik paketlerdedir; bu akışta abonelik yoktur.
- Firebase Analytics ve Firebase çökme raporları, bu özellikler uygulamada açık olduğunda. Amaç, uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını görmek ve hataları düzeltmektir. Bu kapsamda cihaz türü, uygulama sürümü ve çökme kayıtları gibi teknik veriler Google Firebase’e gidebilir.
ustaya.mika.technology statik bir tanıtım sitesidir. Sitede hesap açılmaz ve form verisi saklanmaz. Aramadaki metin tarayıcıda kalır. Yazı tipleri Google Fonts üzerinden yüklenir (fonts.googleapis.com ve fonts.gstatic.com); tarayıcın bu isteği Google’a iletir. Barındırma sağlayıcısı standart erişim kayıtları tutar.
Veriyi neden kullanırız
Bu verileri hesabını açmak ve yönetmek, telefonunu ve Google girişini doğrulamak, talebini ustalarla eşleştirmek, teklif sürecini yürütmek, usta kimliğini doğrulamak, bildirim göndermek, teklif kredisi satın alımlarını işlemek, hizmeti güvenli tutmak ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için kullanırız.
Kimlerle paylaşırız
Kişisel veriyi satmayız.
Veriyi, hizmeti sunmak için gereken ölçüde şu taraflarla paylaşırız.
- Uygulamayı ve API’yi çalıştıran barındırma ve altyapı sağlayıcıları.
- Google: Google ile giriş, Firebase (analitik ve çökme raporları açık olduğunda bunlar dahil), FCM ve Google Play satın almaları.
- Apple: uygulama içi satın alma ve APNs bildirimleri.
- Teklif verebilecek ustalar, iş açıklamasını, il ve ilçe bilgisini, talepteki adres ayrıntılarını ve iş fotoğraflarını görebilir; teklif için bu bilgilere ihtiyaç vardır.
- Talebine teklif gönderen usta, tekliften sonra seninle iş hakkında iletişim kurabilsin diye telefon numaranı ve e-posta adresini görebilir. Teklif vermemiş bir usta bu iletişim bilgilerini görmez.
Kimlik belgesi fotoğraflarını herkese açık bir galeri olarak yayınlamayız. Bu görseller, doğrulama ve barındırma için gerekli sistemlerde işlenir.
Kanun zorunlu kıldığında veya kullanıcıların, Mika Technology’nin ya da başkalarının hak ve güvenliğini korumak gerektiğinde bilgi açıklayabiliriz.
Ne kadar süre tutarız
Veriyi, hesabın açık olduğu sürece ve teklif, doğrulama, satın alma kaydı ile yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli olduğu sürece tutarız. Uygulamada hesabını sildiğinde, hesaba bağlı veriyi siler veya kimlikten ayırırız. Satın alma kaydı ve kanun gereği saklanması gereken kayıtlar bu silmenin dışında kalabilir.
Hakların
Verine erişebilir, düzeltebilir ve silinmesini isteyebilirsin. Hesabını uygulamadaki hesap silme adımıyla silebilirsin. Gizlilik taleplerin içinprivacy@mika.technology adresine yazabilirsin. İletinde, hesabındaki e-posta adresini veya telefon numaranı belirtmen talebi eşleştirmemize yardım eder.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki haklarını kullanabilirsin. Buna, verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi istemek, eksik veya yanlışsa düzeltilmesini istemek, kanundaki şartlar varsa silinmesini veya yok edilmesini istemek ve kanunun tanıdığı diğer talepler dahildir. Başvurunu privacy@mika.technology adresine iletebilirsin. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
Çocuklar
Ustaya, ev tadilatı ve tamirat teklifi için müşterilere ve ustalara yöneliktir. Çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet değildir. Çocuğa ait kişisel veriyi bilerek toplamayız. Böyle bir veri fark edersek silmek için adım atarız.
Güvenlik
Veriyi korumak için uygun teknik ve idari önlemler uygularız. İnternet üzerinden hiçbir iletim veya saklama yöntemi tam güvenlik sağlamaz.
Yurt dışına aktarım
Google ve Apple gibi sağlayıcılar veriyi Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir. Bu aktarım; giriş, bildirim, analitik, çökme raporu ve ödeme hizmetlerinin çalışması içindir.

Privacy Policy
Ustaya is a marketplace that connects customers and craftsmen (usta) for home renovation and repair quotes. This policy covers the Ustaya apps on iOS and Android and the website atustaya.mika.technology.
The service is operated by Mika Technology (mika.technology), based in Turkey. Mika Technology is the data controller for personal data described here.
Information we process
We process the following information to create accounts and run the marketplace.
- Your name, email address, and phone number. We verify the phone number with a one-time password (OTP).
- Google Sign-In. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account details Google shares with the app, such as your name and email address.
- Your job description, city and district, the address details you provide, and photos of the job.
- Photographs of an identity document that a craftsman uploads for verification. We use these images to verify the craftsman account.
- Push notification tokens. Android uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), and iOS uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs). We use the token to deliver notifications about quotes and your account.
- In-app purchase records for quote credits. Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) processes the payment. We do not receive your full card number. We receive details needed to add credits to your account, such as the product, purchase status, and the transaction identifier from the store. Quote credits are sold as one-time packs. This flow does not include a subscription.
- Firebase Analytics and Firebase crash reports, when those features are enabled in the app. We use them to understand how the app is used and to fix failures. Technical data such as device type, app version, and crash logs may be sent to Google Firebase.
The site at ustaya.mika.technology is a static marketing site. It does not create accounts or store form submissions. Text typed into the search field stays in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so your browser sends that request to Google. The host keeps standard access logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and manage your account, verify your phone number and Google sign-in, match your request with craftsmen, run the quote process, verify craftsman identity, send notifications, process quote-credit purchases, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data.
We share information, only as needed to provide the service, with the following parties.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the app and the API.
- Google, for Google Sign-In, Firebase (including Analytics and crash reporting when those features are enabled), FCM, and Google Play purchases.
- Apple, for in-app purchases and APNs notifications.
- Craftsmen who can quote on a job can see the job description, city and district, the address details in the request, and the job photos, because they need that information to price the work.
- A craftsman who has submitted a quote on your job may see your phone number and email address after quoting, so they can contact you about the job. A craftsman who has not submitted a quote does not see those contact details.
We do not publish identity-document photos in a public gallery. Those images are processed in the systems required for verification and hosting.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect the rights and safety of users, Mika Technology, or others.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your account is open and for as long as we need it for quotes, verification, purchase records, and legal duties. When you delete your account in the app, we delete or de-identify the data tied to that account. Purchase records and records we must keep by law can remain after deletion.
Your rights
You can access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account with the in-app account deletion step. For privacy requests, emailprivacy@mika.technology. Include the email address or phone number on your account so we can match the request.
If the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) applies to you, you can ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about that processing, ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data, and ask us to delete or destroy data where the law allows it. You can also use the other rights that law provides. Send the request to privacy@mika.technology. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
Children
Ustaya is for customers and craftsmen arranging home renovation and repair quotes. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have done so, we take steps to delete it.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
Transfers outside Turkey
Providers such as Google and Apple may process data on servers outside Turkey. That transfer is what allows sign-in, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and payments to work.
Changes
When we update this policy, we publish the new version on this page. The date at the top is the latest version.
